To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Still remember my last visit wasn't ordering via QR code, and now it's all about technology. Well, can imagine to lessen the manpower while providing limited service. Sadly, when I went in, the whole restaurant was busy. I did find few tables that were emptied but not yet clean up. Staff were standing on the counter chatting and laughing. I asked to help cleaning, but staff were coming over with fed up attitude. Wiping all the food over the floor while one staff threw the QR code receipt on our desk. What a service. 🫠

We ordered the mushroom melt panini and the Mexican roasted beef croissant sandwich with side salad.

Panini was sandwiched with three thin slices of brown bread.🤔 Melted pulling cheese while quite a lot of mushroom pieces. Nothing special.

Croissant meal was served with a pond of saucy side salad. Friendly reminder to ask for less sauce if you aren't a sauce person. Croissant itself was nice, still crispy when serving. Mexican roasted beef tasted like pork, even appearance looked pink. It tasted like roasted cold cut. It's a ham croissant sandwich.

I have to say coffee here was improved, as I recalled over roasted coffee was served in few of my past visits. Ice lemon tea was nice as you could choose the flavour yourself which indeed custom made the flavour successfully.

All in all, the service ruined my food experience. Food wasn't as bad.
