The restaurant has poor service attitude, and despite having many empty seats and few customers at that time, they do not allow customers to choose their seats and give excuses to the customers. They do not give customers the option to sit in a quieter location. Although it is reasonable for employees to chat during their free time, they should also provide better service. The restaurant has poor service attitude, and despite having many empty seats and few customers at that time, they do not allow customers to choose their seats and give excuses to the customers. They do not give customers the option to sit in a quieter location. Although it is reasonable for employees to chat during their free time, they should also provide better service. Moreover, the placement of tables and sofas is strange, with customers asked to sit between two sofas which is highly problematic. Even though customers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the seating arrangement, the staff still ignored their complaints.
