To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天與家人前往該店用餐,食品質素無疑OK,但侍應態度不敢恭維.我們未見過一位男侍應呼喝客人拿好餐牌,未見過侍應,未有檢視擺放好茶具便揚長而去,招待第二枱客人,要連續提醒二次才擺好. 在一間著名地點所謂著名食肆是第一次見.圓方是一個消費群高聚集的地方,服務員應更明白客人對其有很高要求.該處中式食肆林立,酒家應明白競爭很大,服務要更好,趕客是不要得的行為,坦白說,今天很多中式食肆要等位,只有這家不用等,只是對圓方管理有信心才入內光顧,誰知.........終於明白為何不用等位,原來如此

圓方是一個消費群高聚集的地方,服務員應更明白客人對其有很高要求.該處中式食肆林立,酒家應明白競爭很大,服務要更好,趕客是不要得的行為,坦白說,今天很多中式食肆要等位,只有這家不用等,只是對圓方管理有信心才入內光顧,誰知.........終於明白為何不用等位,原來如此
