Poor service, poor food 😕

I've been told good things about this restaurant and I wanted to treat my parents to a nice steak. However, what I got was bad service with a bad attitude by the head waiter who didn't really serve us. The steak was so so.... very dissatisfied They never showed us the steak before they cooked it and they never told us what sauce we can have, WE had to ask him but what's with the attitude....? Going to gaucho I did not expect this kind of service. I was quite upset by this. I'm never coming back
