To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

extreme long waiting time (30 minutes late at least, order has not put through for at least 10 minutes - Friday night)!!!!!Serving time is way too long, it takes at least that much time to wait. Not knowing when the dish would be ready. the other tables which are next to me are served within 10 minutes. One table arrived around the same time and the other table arrived half an hour later, still serviced and completed their order first than ours.Also witness chef had time playing WhatsApp during

Serving time is way too long, it takes at least that much time to wait. Not knowing when the dish would be ready. the other tables which are next to me are served within 10 minutes. Also witness chef had time playing WhatsApp during my waiting time.

There are 3 different chef to manage 1 dish, one dish. That can take an hour.

Complete disappointment!!!!!!
