I just went there for x'mas eve dinner and I can't wait to write down the command here!!!! really disappointed and ruined my holiday mood!1) The waiter droped down the menus and then gone! I went with 3 friends and we found out one menu is different from the other four. So we asked a waiter and he told us that both menus are served for tonight. When we asked can we order deserts later the waiter said has to order together, but that's ok, we ordered it at the same time. After the meal we waited for nearly half an hour and then we chased the desserts and one waiter told us the orders are lost and asked us to reorder!
Then we asked for the menus again but the waiter only brought one menu and we asked for the other and she told me there is only one menu tonight! what????? we ate appetitater and main course already and now they told us there is no such a menu!!!
Fine, we reordered our desserts and I ordered pineapple favor ice-cream, the waiter just took my order but the one arrived is vanilla favor so I asked the waiter and he simply told me that they do not have pineapple tonight! then why not tell me when I made the order or asked if I want something else rather than just serve vanilla favor. Poor service!!
Finally came to the bill, 1800 + 10 percent service fee, that's mean they charged 4 *450, never explain or mentioned about the menu that appeared in the first sight we sat down in our table. It's x'mas eve, I dun have time to argue with them the $30 dollars differences of the two sets coz I want to go countdown. But I really cannot bear their servive, none of them came out to explain to us nor apologies!!!! If I read the comments in Openrice before, I must not go, but I just dun have time to read it before my friend made the reservation. sigh...
