◆Deep-fried Dace Fish Balls
◆Sand Ginger Chicken Feet
Ordered some snacks to munch on while waiting for my friends. The freshly fried dace fish balls, served with drunken clam sauce, were flaky on the outside and moist and firm in the middle. Chicken feet were perfectly cooked and had completely absorbed the taste of sand ginger and soy sauce.

◆Macau Pork Bone Soup
My favorite pork femur bones with bone marrow in a veggies and black pepper based soup. Delicately flavored, fragrant black pepper.

◆Abalone
◆Fish Head
◆Chuck Flap Tail
◆Homemade Meat Balls
◆Crown Daisy
They had a variety of live seafood like lobster, grouper and shrimp. We picked abalone which was briny and crunchy. Meat Balls platter included beef balls, shrimp balls, squid balls and dace fish balls, of which shrimp balls had an extra bouncy texture. The chuck flap tail had a good meat to fat ratio which was still pretty tender even enjoyed well-done.
