This was not on my eat list in HH but when I saw they had pork trotters in galangal ginger sauce on the menu, I had to try it because not many places do this.When it came, the pork trotters did not look appetizing because of the colour but there was a really fragrant galangal ginger smell.The gravy was thick and viscous which was delicious with the rice and the skin and meat came off the pork trotters easily with a delicious galangal ginger taste to it.
