1) Sando- Miyazaki wagyu tenderloin , Hokkaido milk bread, mayonnaise & katsu sauce. $488 (set lunch includes a starter & dessert). Very aromatic & rich piece of sandwich but I find it a little too oily for my liking. I give it an ok but not the best I have tried.
2) Chicken Karaage - crispy fried chicken with yuzu kosho, miso and burnt lime (appetiser). Rating 3/5
3) Chef’s Maki (appetiser). No surprises ….
4) George - kuro buta pork belly with sesame, kabu and apple $298 set lunch . Well prepared, juicy and tasty.
5) cheesecake, again no surprises.
