LCK was so boring before but after D2 opened there are so many new hip eateries.Ootoya is not new but I went there because I love their Japanese food.The food is authentic as lots of Japanese people dine there and the Chefs are Japanese.The only difficulty I have is the menu, it is quite difficult to comprehend and it is in a similar format to Coco Ichibanya so I wonder if they belong to the same group.I ordered the hijiki seaweed rice with an appetizer containing all the slimy stuff like moutai

It doesnt have much taste but I find it comforting like baby food.
Adding soy sauce improves the taste.
