Poutine can be better!

I tried their poutine few days ago, compared to the ones in Canada, the cheese in this poutine was too hard and chunky, it should be all melted with the gravy. The gravy was not hot enough to melt the cheese, they should do something to improve it! HK NY fries was quite disappointing if you have tried the better ones in Canada and know how a poutine should be!
