相約朋友午膳,近佢工作地點灣仔,當然地頭蟲話事。帶我去了一商厦內的25樓,意大利餐廳。環境優雅,相信晚上有燈光更顯高雅。餐前麵飽不錯,有軟熟的,有硬身脆口的。AMA 焗布拉塔乳酪(AMA La Burrata)淡味的burrata芝士幾乎與所有菜式百搭,意大利人會將它配意粉、pizza同食。呢個反而簡簡單單配以蕃茄醬汁。芝士清爽且富有彈性,奶香佈滿口腔,簡單醬汁配搭卻不喧賓奪主。羅馬式醃朝鮮薊(Romain Artichoke)口感軟中帶脆,的確有點像醃嫩筍的味道。豬頰肉蕃茄薄餅(Pinsa Alla Amatriciana )羅馬傳統口味。口味非常豐富,由簡單的原料製成,番茄、培根,Mozzarella 和Pecorino 芝士製作。再配上豬頰肉,有軟腍質感。層次相當多。
