So I booked this restaurant for a little celebration with my good friends before the year came to the end.我去之前佢地會SENT個MENU呢,再MAKE SURE 我地有冇D 咩野係唔食,都幾細心。間餐廳係上樓,面積唔大,大概有幾間私人房,都有海景,不過格呢間房/留上嘈D 都會聽到。第一個COURSE 係數GILLARDEAU OYSTER,佢放左D GREEN APPLE JELLY ON TOP,配住肥美既OYSTER 真係相當開胃 (^.^)跟住就係SALMON + SMOKED CAVIAR, 個SALMON 係用42度油整到佢剛熟+滑,但係如果CAVIAR係另上, 個溫度就唔會俾SMOKED SALMON 影響到,可以成件事會多D層次感 同冇咁GREASY。黎到CHESTNUT VELOUTE。係個CREAM SOUP 入面溶左D FOIE GRAS, 同時BLACK TRUFFLE 味道相當濃厚,我朋友平時唔食FOIE GRAS 都好鍾意呢個SOUP。SQUID INK

SQUID INK PUNTALETTE: 好小會食到PUNTALETTE呢種PASTA,佢望落似大大粒米飯但係TEXTURE就係PASTA,但當然有朋友都唔太接受,覺得太軟身。上面放左D 表面PAN 好既然SCALLOP, 好食, 但係就唔太食到底BLACK TRUFFLE 味道。

MAIN COURSE 上, 有得選擇LAMB OR RIB EYE,愛牛既我當然唔介意俾多88$去食RIB EYE ⋯⋯(^^)
RIB EYE大概有8成熟,旁邊有D 似SMASHED POTATO 但有BLUE CHEESE 味道,有個細TOMATO 令味覺清新D, 不過不失。

最後有DESSERT,我PICK 左個係MENU 上冇既DESSERT,偏酸,個BERRY SORBET好醒胃, 一個唔錯既完結。我朋友就叫左係MENU 上既然 BOULE MAGIQUE, 個人認為賣相有待改善。

當然唔小得TEA TIME, 有好多款可以選擇,出面的確冇見過好多佢地有既味道, 我叫左個。。。METROPOLITAN SOMETHING。。。其實都唔記得左個名LU。ANYWAY,GOOD PICK!
