餐前麵包  - Homemade Bread and Dip
呢度既麵包全部都自家制,係歐洲人常食,但HK人好多都未聽過, 總共有5款 "Brioche, Grissini, Focaccia, Nutty Rye, Baguette", 配上特式既Sunshine tomato sauce! 其實店長哥哥介紹,即係有黑麥包,法包,最特別既係墨汁Grissini, 咪睇個包黑實實以為好似炭咁啊,但其實好香墨汁味,配上新鮮既番茄醬,感覺又係另一種清新,睇來新派歐洲菜都係食清新既味道,唔錯!

食過麵包,店長就為我地斟左杯白酒,用來配下一味course : Macon-Lugny Les Charmes 2016, 飲左一啖,有好香好甜既果味,酒身係好靚既金黃色,味道有D柑橘味,用來配頭盤就最適合不過!

頭盤 - 煙薰北海道八爪魚
呵,其實一上台係完全唔知道係乜野來的,因為蓋下面煙霧瀰漫,我都係第一次食煙薰,估唔到一開蓋就聞到好香既蘋果味!原來店長哥哥話係用蘋果木煙薰既,難怪咁香啦!

當煙霧散去,我見到既似係藝術品,多過係一度頭盤,最吸睛既係顏色,紅橙黃綠白,色彩非常豐富!食之前當然想店長介紹下係乜野啦,否則唔知食左D乜,就枉費左chef一番心機!原來呢個頭盤用左北海道八爪魚,配上菠蘿粒,青瓜粒,巨峰提子片,番茜,仲加左D魚子, 所以食得出唔同既蔬果&海鮮既鮮味!最特別既係底下白色一片既,係法色馬令(French Meringu), 用蛋白加糖手打至凝固狀態!

整個菜完全顛覆左我對頭盤既印象,原來可以咁SPECIAL,色香味俱全,真係難以形容,配埋甜甜地帶有柑橘香既白酒,真係無得彈!

食過頭盤,上下一度菜前,店長今次幫我地斟左杯紅酒,來自Spain既"Museum Reserva 2012", 支酒比較soft & fruity, 比較適合配凍湯一齊飲!飲落又真係幾易入口喎,果味都幾香,唔錯!

Soup - 墨西哥凍湯
個湯一上台,我差D忍唔住想尖叫(有D失禮),但真係太amaring la, 好靚! 
首先湯碗好特別,全玻璃設計,但下面有個位可以放乾冰,加水後令成個湯有種好冰涼感覺,夏天飲完真係乜野暑都消嘥!

飲之前當然店長哥哥會先講解啦,原來個凍湯係用乳酪加豆奶打出來,當然綠色既湯身真係用左蔬果啦,材料實在太多種,但注要有蜜瓜,番茜,墨西哥辣椒,青檸,薄荷葉等等!真係望落簡單既一個湯,飲落一D都唔簡單!

個味道係好清新既,cream cream地,有好複雜既蔬果味,當然蜜瓜味同辣椒味係最濃郁啦,加埋幾片封乾左既HAM,鹹鹹脆脆咁配凍湯一齊飲,又幾特別喎!配埋既紅酒,滿口充滿果香!

飲過凍湯後,我又好期待下一味菜啦!同樣每上一個course之前,都會先幫我地斟酒,今次都係紅酒 - Chateau Moulin De Bel Air 2014! 同之前果杯好唔同,呢杯酒味好STRONG,更加濃郁,酒紅色更加深,要醒酒一陣後,先可以揮發出沉澱左既葡萄香味,相信呢杯酒係配肉!期待!

Main Course 1 - Foie Gras 香煎法國鵝肝
果然食西餐又點可以無鵝肝呢,個香煎法國鵝肝真係離遠都香到暈,有陣特有既酥味,好期待啊!

店長話配鵝肝個醬,係用冧酒配提子干整成的,配埋鵝肝食可以中和陣酥味,令鵝肝更香!另外伴碟仲有開心果碎&松露配南瓜溶,同鵝肝一齊食又有另一番味度!正!

品嚐完咁正既鵝肝之後,店長話會上番個雪芭做間場,清清口入面既味道!哈,有幾特別喎!今次食既係青檸雪芭,但最特別既係個器皿!用左個類似石磨既碗裝住雪芭,食落覺得雪芭keep住好夠凍,透心涼!青檸味酸到打冷陣,即係覺得好refresh,好好食!

Main Course 2 - 終於到最後一個main course啦,今次可以除自己鐘意選擇主菜!Honey點左"Wagyu Beef Cheek" 紅酒燴和牛面頰肉,配Red wine. 我呢就選擇左"Chile Seabrass" 香煎智利鱸魚, 配白酒 "Chanson Chablis 2016". 呢隻白酒酸度較高,但同樣有陣柑橘香味,酒身顏色黃一D,好靚,應該好適合用來配魚!

鱸魚一上碟就聞到魚湯既鮮味!西餐真係看上去好簡單既菜式,其實背後用左好耐時間整!店長哥哥介紹,魚湯係用魚骨煮成既高湯,所以湯身煮到奶白色!鱸魚好嫩好滑,伴碟配上青瓜絲及魚子,令到味道更加豐富!

鱸魚真係好滑,表面雖然好香脆,但真係唔知點先整到入面咁嫩!無得頂!配上酸酸地既白酒,白葡萄既香更加帶出魚既鮮味!

食過咁多樣好好味既course,終於都到甜品時間!我點左個香芒味既雲呢拿奶凍,同樣擺碟好精美,似藝術品一樣咁靚,奶凍好香滑,雲呢拿香濃,果然homemade係唔同D!

Honey今次book呢間MODERN歐洲菜,真係好好食,而且大開眼界,估唔到原來西餐唔係得扒或者意粉架!今次真係試多左好多唔同既菜式,而且配既酒全部都同主菜好夾,配合得非常好!

呵,希望下次HONEY會帶我再來食過啦,期待!
