The chef has completely reinvented the genre of Italian food. each dish is uniquely blended with sauces filled with so many flavors creating something you've never tasted before. the creativity of each dish is what's most impressive.the sauces are out of this world. not just a dash of whatever sauces across the plate, with a piece of meat in the middle: that is way too boring for this restaurant. it makes no excuses for slathering a collection of barely familiar food items onto a plate, creating

the only dish recognizable to the common eye is carbonara. a universally recognized and comparable dish. I was ready to judge it. verdict: never had as good a carbonara before in my life, hands down. if you think you've had al dente, you're wrong.
the Anchovy pasta looks like something I reheated from the microwave, but of course, I was wrong. it's extremely flavorful and the chilli is addictive.
the chicken gnocchi and white chocolate are ridiculously good.
this has to be the best western food I've had in HK. sure Amber, is good, but it's so predictable. if you come here prepare to be wowed.
Oh and 5 dishes later, was only 400+ bucks. say what?!
