To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟過好多次最鍾意呢度嘅salad buffet lunch! 二百幾蚊嘅價錢淨係環境都已經抵晒，仲要有咁新鮮嘅食材，好味又健康，如果可以日日都想過海嚟。佢哋嘅蘑菇湯好濃郁，好新鮮，配埋麵包同牛油，我飲咗兩大碗。其實有湯，麵包，沙律，熱食，甜品，水果，係唔使驚會唔夠飽，如果驚唔夠飽仲可以加個main course，性價比非常高。Salad bar有好多材料俾你自己揀，揀完之後會有人幫你mix。因為我係牛油果怪所以其實我好希望佢哋以後會加入牛油果。熱食方面每次都會唔同今次係risotto，味道都好好。雖然而家加咗價但係我都仲係覺得好抵，會keep住去！
