As has been mentioned by others these are indeed delightfully pretty vegetarian breakfasts, the presentation is balanced to look both visually appealing and good for you.
I found that beyond the looks every component was cooked wonderfully:
🍅 the tomatoes were lightly cooked, not too watery
🍅 the salad was well dressed and the leaves had been dried prior to being plated so they didn't have that unpleasant water/oil thing going on (this seems to be a bug problem for many places here, they wash the salad but then serve it wet)
🍅 the wilted spinach was cooked for a short time only so that it retained its flavour and a slight crunch
🍅 the beans, well, not much you can do wrong with beans except over cook them but these were cooked perfectly
🍅 the mushrooms were also cooked so as not to be too oily or watery (both can be a problem with this kind of mushroom which is why I prefer button)
🍞 the croissants were tasty as they were wholemeal, although perhaps a little dry, I suppose their small size means they dry out quicker
🍳 even the eggs were good enough for me to temporarily forget the fact that I don't and never have liked eggs.
As a whole it was pretty well portioned (although as with pretty much everywhere, more beans would have been better), and I left feeling nicely full.
Further to this, as the first customers of the day we got good, friendly and unharrassed service from the waiters and were able to eat leisurely before the cafe started to fill up with the lunch crowd.
I would return again but at off-peak times only.
