All things considered, Chao Chao is a decent Viet option in North Point, given most of the dining selections are basic.We arrived at 12:20, with most tables still available - this promptly filled up by 12:45. The restaurant is small, so go early to avoid a wait. The bathrooms are pretty terrible, so maybe pee at the office before
