To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The buffet overall is not good, given the price, in compare to the quality, was rather disgusted, most of the food feels light it has been kept for a long period of time, and food which are prepared right away was done in bad quality (over cooked). Food that was acceptable was already bought from outside of the buffet, like ice cream and such. Seafood(oyster) was badly opened, with the shell cracked mixed in with the oyster itself, prawns does smell as it was from frozen or fresh, it has been th

Fish and pig etc was put too long, was very harden, I arrived at 7:30pm wouldn’t expect food was made at such quality, $548 per person, I wouldn’t eat here, plenty of better choice
