Simply good place.3 course dinner:Starter:Foie gras (ok) and scallop salad (small scallop, not good)Soup: lobster bisque (one of the best in HK, must try, rich and smooth)Main: grilled prawn and tenderloin (not enough charcoal smell), fried black cod (good, fatty fish)Dessert: souffle and sampler (ok)Price: credit card discount (good)Simply, price is not so expansive in Conrad admiralty. But the food is more than average.
