I realized I've been to Delicious Kitchen a number of times but never really wrote about it. Seating is a bit cramped and sometimes you do need to share a table but it's very clean establishment. The menu is in Chinese and English.
And this is the only thing I order. Vegetable rice with pork chop ($52). Don't get me wrong. I've tried other items but this is still the best. Not only here but compared to lot of other places in Hong Kong. The pork is moist and tender. It's deep fried but does not feel overly oily. The coating is seasoned well. The rice mixed with a generous portion of bok choy bits. It also doesn't feel too oily as well. Portion is just right so you do feel full.
