素雞整齊切成四大塊,內裡層層疊疊,入口清爽有豆香,柔軟有滋味,不錯👍

油燜筍量亦都慷慨,夠嫩夠入味又不太油,整體就正正常常啦~

長這麼大第一次把午餐等成下午茶😂排骨菜飯確是不錯,但見不少食評都說世一這我就不敢苟同了🙈不過口味這種本來就比較主觀,何況作為老店是很多港島人吃著長大的情懷和回憶,然而我只是個來湊熱鬧?的新界路人😂向來對上海菜更苛刻的我雖然等得久不過也並沒有抱很大的期待,所以嘗試過沒有特別驚喜也沒有失望,不過這價格在銅鑼灣倒真是算良心啦~

I have however only ever ordered one thing from here, which is the 排骨菜飯, or the pork chop vegetable rice. It’s largely stayed the same since like 2010, and it’s extremely good.

The thing is though, they also have other menu items which are quite extensive and that I’d really like to try. I’ll definitely look to come back in the near future and try more things. I have however tried the soy bean milk 豆漿, which is really quite good.

聽同事介紹呢間餐廳原來喺公司附近,唔洗5分鐘就行到,剛巧5:00pm去食飯有八折,點解唔試吓呢?😜😜今次我就同同事Miss C一人叫咗一個午餐(仲有午餐🤣🤣)share 一齊食😚😚佢一個餐會跟一個小食或者飲品,我哋就叫咗😃😃~~~排骨菜飯~~~睇食評差唔多個個都會叫排骨菜飯,叫就叫排骨,但實際上係豬扒,味道果然唔差,軟硬適中,咀嚼時會有少少嘅甜味滲出☺️☺️~~~拌粉皮(小食)~~~呢個小菜就一般,個汁唔夠多,亦都唔夠濃😌😌~~~切雞菜飯~~~佢係一款凍雞,溫度適中唔會太凍,仲有種冰涼嘅感覺😛😛,肉質都幾滑😌😌~~~大豆芽~~~冇咩特別,叫杯豆漿仲好😶😶總結:食物質素OK正常,有八折都會多啲黎食嘅!😝😝最後多謝Miss C硬要請食飯當同我Farewell,咁我哋下次再約啦!到時我比呀🥳🥳

難得疫情緩和,今晚放工同老公去左美味廚食上海菜。之前成日行aeon, 見到美味廚都唔少客人出入, 應該唔錯, 今晚黎試下。未黎之前就做晒功課, 睇下有咩好食。蟹肉瑤柱羹+排骨菜飯(85蚊):個羹有唔少蟹肉同瑤柱, 味道唔錯, 加少少醋有d似去飲d湯羹。排骨擺滿個飯上面, 排骨偏甜。台式炸豆腐(18蚊)+炸大腸(48蚊):炸豆腐外脆內嫩, 仲有汁。炸大腸係切左片先拎去炸, 食落去每一面都係脆, 豬腸冇怪味, 係好食。食個下隔離枱叫左砂鍋魚頭煲好吸引, 賣相都唔錯, 下次要試。d 樓面姐姐好好招呼, 服務態度好。

因為喺社交平台經常見到Jacky Yu幫襯呢間排骨菜飯,終於今日一心走去試吓啦,午飯時間點了排骨菜飯、鱔糊湯麵和酸辣菜肉雲吞。排骨好明顯係預先炸定的,排骨過甜口感太軟,菜飯油淋淋同啲飯太林。湯麵嘅麵條係交貨來的,並不是自家拉麵,鱔糊還可以,酸辣雲吞非常普通。門口放一張午市餐牌(原來有好細隻字寫着星期六日及公眾假期唔供應),入到去裏面就話星期六日冇供應,有欺騙成份。以咁嘅價錢同味道,一定唔會再幫襯。

If you crave for Shanghai Food in Causeway Bay, this restaurant would definitely a great choice! I have visited this restaurant since 10 years ago LOL. The food is always good value and consistent.

We ordered two signature dishes. Steamed fish with Shanghai style was sweet whereas the pork rib was very soft and moist. Both coating was seasoned very well. Kinda made us felt less guilty when we were having vegetable rice. Worth returning!🤩🤩
