To follow came a three-part dish comprising of  fresh oysters with vinegar jelly, flounder and flounder's liver with miso sauce which we were advised to eat in that order. The flounder had a slightly sour taste, which contrasted nicely with the delicious, earthy oysters.

Among all the appetisers, I like the toro(fatty tuna)&sea urchin sashimi roll, fresh and delicious.

When we got to the main sushi section, olive flounder are always the best and also sea urchin, the fish and rice kept at precise temperatures.

At the end it finished up with a very good soup and dessert.
