The salad was pretty good; earthy beets against the bitter endive with a sweetness from the goats cheese and walnuts. If anything, the beets slightly dominated the salad and to truely appreciate the cheese, you needed to eat it independently of the rest of the salad. A nice dish regardless.
The macaroni and cheese was very comforting and was an unadulterated classic. The use of three cheeses was a little lost in the roux and pasta, but it was soul warming nontheless. I can't say it was mind-blowing, but it was what we were craving.
Good service, solid food, but at a price. The salad was over 80 dollars and the mac 'n' cheese was nearly 100. We will certainly be trying more of their dishes at other branches of Classified, but not too often.
