Dated my collegemate to have a quick lunch at k11, therefore we chose this HK style western cuisine on the B2 floor.We both ordered the lunch set and I picked the Ricky’s Crispy Pork Chop Rice. The tomato sauce with rice were served on a separate plate with the pork chop, which was a very good way to keep the chop crispy and dry. The pork chop was juicy, the batter was of right thickness. My friend chose the Penne Carbonara with Onsen Egg, which was also a nice treat. The onsen egg was perfectly done, as the cheese crisp added texture to the pasta!
