i was a bit hesitant with the setting and the idea of dai pai tong in western food but this visit has changed my perspective. the soup was a typical chinese soup. a homey fish soup with papaya. my bf said it was a bit weird n fishy but to me. it was similar to what my mom makes. the highlight of the day is the juicy pork. the taste of its oil was just right n it was cooked just right too.oh n the seafood platter we added on was delightful too. fresh n really nice flavors from the abalone
