Yum Cha is our go-to option for spending some quality time with our family. On top of the traditional Dim Sums, Jasmine brings in some creative ideas to differentiate. For example, the mushroom buns are decorated with cocoa powder, making it looks like Chinese mushrooms. Baked BBQ pork pastries are best enjoyed when warm, and the marinated duck meat is so tender. Fresh lobsters are used for making the e-fu noodles.
