We come to Bep often for an easy family meal. It’s not 100% authentic but it’s still good for what you get. This evening we had an early dinner for four. We ordered one banh mi, beef satays, Bun Xuong Nuong (bun vermicelli with honey glazed pork chop) and Com Binh Dan (steamed jasmine rice, honey glazed pork cutlet, caramelized braised shrimp, fried egg).The food was tasty although the satays and banh mi took a while to get, so probably a lot of pre-prep goes into the noodle and rice dishes a
