I wanted to eat something before going home and saw this restaurant which sells noodles with dregs of lard. I always wanted to try what it will taste like. When the bowl of noodles arrived, I was surprise because it looks different compare to what my friend say. There were all sorts of different toppings such as ham, Chinese mushroom and spicy radish. When the bowl of noodles arrived, I was surprise because it looks different compare to what my friend say. There were all sorts of different toppings such as ham, Chinese mushroom and spicy radish. You can hardly find any dregs. The noodles were tasty, they were sort of like the shanghai noodles where it is soft and filling. The dregs were pretty hard and chewy but tasty though.

 My friend ordered the same noodles but with imitation shark fin soup as well.

 I also ordered fried dumplings, they were way too crispy. The inside was full of mince pork and chive.
