First of all, the environment of the restaurant is neat and clean. Seats are comfortable. Glass window makes the room feels bright. The quality of the Sour and Spicy fish was authentic - very similar as the ones we tried in Mainland China. The beef was tender. Highly recommend these two dishes! However, regarding the Dandan noodle and dumplings, it is not spicy enough, even sweet. It is not acceptable when you call it Sichuan food. Overall dining experience was good. We will try more dishes next
