I KNOW THIS PLACE IS FAMOUS FOR TSUKEMEN but I actually went there for the Tonkotsu ramen because they serve the ramen I like.It came in this thick broth which had a strong pork broth taste.The ramen soaked up the broth nicely so I was really satisfied and the broth tasted so concentrated like it had been there for days using the same broth continuously topped up.The eel with rice was just the usual so I recommend the tonkatsu or the tsukemen.Also had the rice with cheese. The cheese was not cheddar and it appeared to be mixed with some butter and milk powder.
Basically Asian style cheese like the stuff you get with Korean grills so that it looks like you are eating cheese but it's not even cheesy!
