To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟朋友去中環，去左開位於中環既西餐廳，價錢唔算太貴，如果想搵唔太高級銀包又無錢既話可以一試😂餐廳分上下兩層，下層比較有feel d，個人幾鐘意個法式包但建議點橄欖油會香啲，同軟化到個包佢地係2 courses meal 包starter and main course ，但就唔包dessert我就叫左個成餐飯係西餐黎講可以話係西餐既快餐唔洗食/等好耐就搞掂！沙律有我最中意食嘅蕃茄仔，啲汁好爆😌 然後主菜終於上了！Squid Risotto係個到講英文嘅侍應介紹嘅，佢話想飽啲揀佢就得，咁聽佢咁講就揀左，不過都唔係特別飽，剛好😌😌 味唔會太咸，如果有多啲料就更好啦！下次等我再去中環依邊搵新嘅好西食！發掘更多無名小店先！
