Kikanbo, renowned for its karashibi ramen, has opened up a new shop serving up gyukotsu ramen made with beef broth.Tried both the original Gyukotsu Ramen and Karashibi Gyukotsu Ramen. The soup base was pretty rich with a layer of fragrant oil. Toppings included 3 pieces of beef charsiu, beef tendons and seared baby corn. As for the karashibi bowl, we requested extra numb. Tasted more savory compared to the original flavor. The level of spiciness was pretty mild for me so I guess I'd have to order extra spicy next time!
