I always struggle to think of where to eat in TST, until my friend bought me to Maru and problem was solved there on out. Chilled casual Korean dining with really friendly staff which brings life to the restaurant. Started off with the beef tartar, was very well marinated and complimented nicely with the pear. Their fried chicken was by far the best Korean fried chicken I've had, perfectly crispy on the outside with buttery chicken meat.
Their cheese corn was also quite nice- reminds me of the street snacks I had in Seoul!
Their sochu was also nice- apparently they hve exclusivity to serve it first in Hong Kong !
Overall, I loveeee Maru! Highly recommend it!
