I was at CC Wu building the other day when i noticed Mian, so i grabbed a menu and visited the TST branch.

I ordered spareribs with sweetcorn noodles and Purple Melts ( coconut, taro, and purple rice smoothie).

The bowl of noodle came with the spareribs served in a separate plate. The spareribs smelt great, the meat came of the bone easily. It was proper spareribs, not like the tacky bones and cartilage served in some restaurants.
The sparerib sauce was good, not too spicy.

Finally the drink was lovely, not too sweet, and you get fragrant hints of purple rice and taro could be tasted.

It wasnt expensive either, it all cost $32.
