Finally paid a visit to this highly rated Italian restaurant with an awesome Black Series lunch deal at $208pp!Carbone’s most signature dish gotta be this bad ass spicy rigatoni vodka! A kick of spicy chili but not overpowering, it actually enhances the tomato flavor brilliantly. The rigatoni is so al dente, totally the pasta quality expected from an Italian resto.Mario’s meatballs (+$78 pp)Added an extra $78 for the Mario’s meatball (cause come on who would say no to meatballs🤪). I would say it

Mario’s meatballs (+$78 pp)
Added an extra $78 for the Mario’s meatball (cause come on who would say no to meatballs🤪). I would say it’s pretty expensive for a meatball but it comes in this gigantic size. Covered with fresh tomato sauce, the meatball is incredibly moist and juicy, absolutely delicious. It is one hell of a meatball. The best bite of the entire meal.

The main and dessert are nice but kinda underwhelming compared to the pasta and meatball.

Not the best ever Italian meal I’ve had, but the pasta and meatballs are certainly impressive. They’re signatures for a reason. A great lunch with expected passionate Italian style hospitality.
