喱間位於觀塘工廈區嘅西餐廳,主打日式+西式嘅fusion料理,聽起黎感覺已經幾新鮮。秘製招牌雞翼+香脆芝心牛肉波:雞翼烤到個外皮好香,咬落去啲雞肉仲係好嫩好juicy,香料味好重,配埋個辣汁,唔錯喎。牛肉波嘅芝士味唔算好重,不過牛肉味就幾濃,加上入口香脆,喱兩樣作為餐前小食真係幾開胃。蔥燒雞卷配照燒汁:外皮煎到微焦,所以會帶點甘香嘅味道。照燒汁香甜惹味,加上芝麻嘅點聚,整體調味出色。燒美國肉眼配黑椒汁:肉眼扒叫左medium,烹調嘅火喉掌控得幾好,入口依然保持住好juicy,好鮮嫩嘅肉感。牛味濃郁,整體水準幾高。旁邊伴碟嘅蔬菜吸收哂牛油同汁液嘅精華,味道好好。
