I was thrilled to try this newly opened seafood bistro in soho as I have heard that the chef was from VEA, so I guess this meal is guaranteed to be good? Actually I was also tempted by their brunch menu which including tuna tartare and crab & Caviar soufflé , but I was told that they only serve these dishes for brunch, and they have another menu designed for dinner, I was a little disappointed but lucky the dinner menu actually was very good too.
They don’t have ALC menu, they only serve this semi fine dining full tasting menu, which including the followings :

The portion was just right, we ordered an extra side fries as we are big eaters😆

I think everything was up to standard, I personally love the mackerel and the sardines focaccia from the starters a lot, the sauce for the mackerel was amazing and aesthetic!
The oysters were incredibly fresh but I personally think the cucumber was a bit overpowering, maybe coz I’m not a fan of cucumber ..
For the mains, I love the scallop canelloni the most, the sauce was so flavourful.. I think all of the purée/sauce they made were amazing ..
last but not least, the Madeleines definitely were the nightlight of the meal, one of the best Madeleines I ever had.

Overall, I think everything was quite on point, the staffs were very attentive and friendly, the quality of food was great, and I love the vibe there, I think I would have to make trip here again for the brunch menu.
