To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Came here on Easter Saturday at around 3. It's a late lunch.Eggs Royale ($110) - smoked salmon, english muffin and hollandaise sauceThis is quite good, I love the egg and the salmon, however the english muffin was so cold in comparison with the toppings, and rather kind of wet and mushy. This dish would have looked better with a bit of salad at the side.  Very tasty sauce, although this dish took a long time to make. Worth the wait though, the meatballs are juicy and quite big, and tasted splendid with the spicy tomato sauce. Mind - really a bit spicy.

 Added extra $10 for the truffles. The fries are hot and freshly made. It was snacks to our Rosee (no photo).

As usual Classified does not disappoint, except the Eggs Royale was a bit too simple for its price. Otherwise its a perfect afternoon, good environment for chatting.
