To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox, a well-known restaurant operated by Mandarin Orchard Singapore 🇸🇬, has gained popularity in Hong Kong's K11 Musea for its distinctive flavors. I've had this restaurant on my bucket list for quite some time now, and finally got the chance to dine there for dinner. To start, we ordered the chicken laksa, which was filled with noodles, tofu, fish cakes, and small round pieces of Chinese fried dough stick. The thick and creamy coconut gravy was bursting with flavor, with just the right amount of spice to balance the dish. 👍🏼We also ordered the famous Mandarin Hainan chicken rice, which was incredibly tender and juicy. 🤭The ginger, chilli, and soy sauces added a spicy kick to the dish, while the rice, cooked in chicken broth with a hint of chicken fat, was bursting with flavor. 🥹👍🏼To top off our meal, we indulged in the Coconut Ice Cream Sundae, a beloved dessert in Singapore 🇸🇬
