Recently I had the pleasure of trying the delightful 3-course set menu priced at $398 at Bouillon. While the seating felt a bit tight with limited personal space, the bistro-style ambiance was inviting and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. For the main course, I opted for the Classic Beef Tartare, served with perfectly crispy fries. The tartare was nicely seasoned, highlighting the freshness of the beef. The fries were were a substantial addition that filled up the stomach.
To conclude the meal, I picked the Tarte Tatin for an additional HK$ 48 which was worth.
If you’re looking for a dining experience in a cozy bistro setting, Bouillion is undoubtedly a destination worth visiting.
