The Starters (Egg Mayonnaise, Herring Caviar, and Basil) was visually stunning and flavors intriguing though I found it to be a bit too salty for my taste.

For the main course, I opted for the Classic Beef Tartare, served with perfectly crispy fries. The tartare was nicely seasoned, highlighting the freshness of the beef. The fries were were a substantial addition that filled up the stomach.

To conclude the meal, I picked the Tarte Tatin for an additional HK$ 48 which was worth.
