overall, the taste is blend or even tasteless. The appetizer was without sauce, so only pouting the ingredients together and that's it! Furious! Pork belly was ok, the sauce should have some merit. The salmon was cooking without seasoning. The mushroom ? sauce was the worst. The sauce itself was starchy and unappetizing. We can't finish the dish for this is too bad. The only surprise is the sorbet dessert of coconut and vanilla. The music was way too loud that discourages me from chatting.
