To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Took a break from this restaurant and today I had a craving for a matcha latte and Alfafa club sandwiches so there I went again. One thing you had to be prepared for is the fact that the production takes longer for this order so you better spare 15 minutes extra. Personally, it was worth the wait as the latte ($26.6) and sandwiches ($42.7) tasted the same as I remembered. Made freshly, rich and flavourful. Matcha had a vibrant green colour and the toast with fries were crunchy. They were also generous with their fillings so that made me grin. Perhaps I will try their other dishes in case you think I am a bore haha!
