Rice just taste better when it’s cooked in a clay pot.There is always a line at this place so I just had to see what it was all about. I think we ended up waiting for about 30-40 minutes before we got a table.Totally worth the hype! They had so many options on their menu which I was surprised by. We decided to go for the classic beef and egg and the not so classic white eel.The beef was amazing and tender and flavourful. And oh my goodness the rice was so fragrant and soaked up all the tastiness

Totally worth the hype! They had so many options on their menu which I was surprised by. We decided to go for the classic beef and egg and the not so classic white eel.


The beef was amazing and tender and flavourful. And oh my goodness the rice was so fragrant and soaked up all the tastiness of the ingredients on top. The best part was the rice crisps at the bottom.


However, I felt like the eel made the rice a bit more soggy than I would prefer, losing a bit of the essence of claypot rice.
