You can choose how you would like your noodles texture to be. For us, we chose hard. Noodles come with bamboo shoots, green onions, half boiled egg, and also 2 pcs of char siu.
We also ordered the cheese risotto. They put a lot of cheese inside which makes it more delicious. If you want to get some crust, leave the rice for a while after mixing it!
Other than tsukemen, they also sell ramen and other snacks like gyoza.
