I was really lucky to join Rightfrog Productions on their adventures to try the best eateries in HK when they came in April 2015. The third stop was Kam's Roast Goose where we stopped by for roast goose obviously.The goose was very velvety with a bitter aftertaste hence the need for the sweet plum sauce to balance it.
