To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食的下午茶真的最快食到的，因為在RMK哩個下午茶開始後，真的第二日就去食了~~因為上次去食中港城的下午茶真的唔錯，所以同RMK的「Stone Blossom」下午茶真的唔食唔得啦下午茶以RMK 全新皇牌粉底霜及彩妝系列「Stone Blossom」為創作靈感，真的看得又食得，佢的鹹點相對比起少一點，有杏仁蟹肉丸伴牛油果醬、黃金章魚小丸子同埋鴨肝慢煮燉蛋，但三樣食物也唔錯的甜點方面有心形的鬆餅，系紅莓乾同埋紅桑子，真的比起提子乾,更好食，其他仲有草莓雲石千層酥，焦糖香橙撻、白桃慕絲、蘋果大福餅，抹茶吉士撻 ，最後系北海道柚子雪糕，真的樣樣食物都唔錯，連埋兩杯粉紅玫瑰氣泡酒，真的另外仲有RMK的試用裝，真的好幸福~~食到一個日系滿分的下午茶。
