To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六過來太子上堂，先嚟過早午餐，未夠十一點就嚟到太子，這個地段，大部分店舖都是11點開舖，所以嚟得安靜，可以慢慢地選擇食咩好⋯⋯五款午餐當中，都幾多元化，無論是西式的意大利飯、意粉及焗飯，又有中日式一字骨蛋包飯，甚至咖哩也有⋯⋯餐湯方便也有中、西式選擇，筆者今次選擇了西湯，忌廉麻菇湯，熱騰騰拎出來，已加分不少，奈何落粉唔混，有點杰的狀態。黑松露忌廉汁野菌海蝦意粉$62~依個價錢又包餐湯及餐飲，套餐熱騰騰拎出來，大衆化價錢，一讚。整體來說:港式西餐廳，港版中西日及咖哩都有，照顧週到，家庭式感覺，店員很有禮貌，雖然沒有即磨咖啡，但誠意撘夠，$68套餐冇收加一，相當合理。
