銅鑼灣皇室堡一間叫「ROYAL INN」嘅西餐廳食午餐，餐廳採用華麗嘅西式裝修風格，一入門口有個好靚嘅噴水池，入面亦都有幾盞水晶吊燈，其中一間房入面仲有個投影機播放住經典嘅西方黑白電影。香煎三文魚伴三文魚籽忌廉汁三文魚的表皮煎得恰到好處,散發著誘人的香氣,肉質鮮嫩多汁。三文魚籽增添了咸香的層次,與滑順的忌廉汁相得益彰。香草牛油焗帶子蕃茄意粉帶子的表面被香草牛油烤得金黃酥脆,入口即化。配上酸甜可口的蕃茄意粉,形成了絕佳的搭配。意粉的質地恰到好處,不會過於軟爛,為整道菜增添了彈牙的口感。
