We went down for a afternoon tea, ordered a ham&cheese sandwich, and a tuna fried egg sandwich, both at $32. They arrived and what a surprise it was. The bread wasn't toasted, all the ingredients were cold like it had been in the freezer for so long, the tuna was still probably swimming. We asked them to toast it and they said an extra 1 dollar was needed, of course we immediately stopped them. We refunded both the bread and complained to the manager. He even said all restaurants in Hong Kong give cold bread, not toasted. Pathetic. I don't understand what's wrong with toasting breads. Most of the staff and the manager couldn't understand English, the tables were so dirty when we arrived, the cups were dirty as well. A complete disaster of a restaurant.
